A1: For construction hoist, we can supply 1 year’s warranty. If any quality problem (not artificial reason) on our side occurred during this period, we will supply a free new one as replacement.

Q2: What is the meaning of SC for construction hoist model? And please illustrate.

A2: SC is classified according to China National Standard.

“S” is the acronym of construction hoist in Chinese language (Shi Gong Sheng Jiang Ji);

“C” is the acronym of rack and pinion in Chinese language (Chi Lun Chi Tiao).

For example: SC200/200 means rack and pinion type construction hoist. Double cages (“x/x” stands for the cage number, if one cage just show SC200) and 2000kg per cage load (x means the 10-1 of rated lifting load)

Q3: What are the optional parts for your construction hoist?

A3:1) Mast Section with Hot Galvanized;

2) VFD (variable Frequency Drive) for construction hoist, the rated speed could reach 36m/min by using it.

Q4: What is the safety device for your construction hoist?

A4: The safety device for construction hoist includes door limiter (up door limiter, single door limiter and double door limiter), up and down limiter, up and down terminal limiter, anti-falling device, and weight limiter with player.

Q5: What is the difference between mast section height and traveling height?

A5: Mast section height is most used and it is indicated by mast section number.

For example: 50m mast section height need 33 pieces mast sections (33*1.508=49.76)

Traveling height means the travel distance of cage from the ground to the bottom of cage. It is normally about 7.5m less than mast section height.
